2025 Annual Meeting & Exhibit Silent Auction

The Silent Auction is back! The Silent Auction fundraiser supports scholarships for student members currently enrolled in a CAHIIM-accredited HIT/HIM program or pursuing a post-graduate degree in an HIM related field.

We invite and encourage individuals and companies to participate in this year’s Silent Auction. Learn how you can support this great cause by donating items such as, but not limited to:

• Free admission tickets for theaters, entertainment tours, plays, museums, sports events, etc.;
• Gift cards (e.g., spa treatments, facial & manicures, electronic devices, home good items, memorabilia, gym memberships, coffee/tea, etc.);
• Gift baskets – garden, spa day, cooking, sports, entertainment, Indiana themed (e.g., Indy 500), coffee/tea, etc.;
• Merchandise, such as iPads, Kindles, work-out equipment or electronic devices (e.g., Fit Bits, watches, etc.), wine baskets, jewelry, handbags/purses, home decor, candles, etc.;
• Complimentary free dinners, promotional certificates and services from hotels, airlines, recreation, tours, etc.
• Reference materials – professional books, desk and business accessories, etc.;
• Share your artistic talents: jewelry making, quilting, knitting or crocheting, photography, painting, etc.

The Silent Auction opens Monday at 7:30 am and will be open until 4:00 pm.

The Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art (https://eiteljorg.org) has donated four general admission passes. In addition to the general admission passes, they have donated an Eiteljorg Museum-published book. The retail value of the four passes and book is $110.00.

Conner Prairie (https://www.connerprairie.org) has donated four daytime admissions tickets and four tickets for their 1859 Balloon Voyage. The tickets cannot be used for special events (Headless Horseman, Merry Prairie, etc.) or classes that they offer. The retail value for the tickets is $180.00. The tickets will both need to be redeemed in person at the same time, as general admission is required to ride the balloon.
