IHIMA Virtual Conferences - Call for Speakers!

 

We are excited to announce that the 2025-2026 Call for Speakers for our virtual conferences is now open!

We invite you to be part of our upcoming events & showcase your expertise in the HIM field! Individuals or companies can submit your presentation proposals for consideration. 

 

Virtual Fall Conference will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025
     • We are actively seeking ICD coding updates & leadership/analytics topics from speakers

Virtual Winter Conference will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026
     • We are actively seeking CPT coding updates & leadership/policy topics from speakers 

Please submit your presentation proposal by the deadline:
     • Virtual Fall Conference by October 3, 2025
     • Virtual Winter Conference by January 9, 2026

 

We are looking for experts to present on current topics and the latest trends in health information. 

Topic ideas include (but are not limited to):
     • Coding-HIM Operations
     • Public Health-Privacy, Compliance, Security
     • Revenue Cycle Management
     • Data Analytics
     • Data Integrity
     • Organizational Management
     • Emerging Hot Topics

Presentations must not include product or sales pitch.

Please Note: Sessions are 60-minutes and may include a brief Q&A. Speakers MUST present for the entire time block allotted for CEU purposes.

IHIMA Member Speakers: Share your expertise with your peers! All IHIMA member speakers shall have their registration fee waived for the day they are speaking & have access to other speakers for free CEUs.
